Varun is a hard-hitting player who likes to end the point early. He doesn't enjoy long rallies from the baseline but he does enjoy using his big forehand to hit a winner. He also has an excellent slice backhand. Varun has recently developed a two-handed backhand. David Nalbandian was born in Cordoba, Argentina. As of March, 2008 he is the world's No. 7 male tennis player. Nalbandian has won eight ATP titles. He became the third man to beat the world's top three players in the same tournament. Nalbandian's trademark shot is his two-handed backhand down the line which he can hit to set up the point either for a winner or to force a weak return from his opponent. Varun can also employ this tactic with his backhand.
